Beautiful hotel, in my opinion best one in the city, with the modern rooms, perfect amenities and friendly staff. Coming from the hospitality industry myself, I would highly recommend this hotel to whoever is traveling, bonus point to the English speaking staff who was very helpful in small things. Would like to suggest transfer options which can be added to the room extras in case if there’s no cash or if travelers don’t know about Yandex app.

The hotel is located in the centre of the town, walking distance to the major attractions. The staff were amazing and helpful, a special mention to Miras from the bookings. Breakfast was great and it’s clean.

Spacious and quiet room that was fully functional. Cleanliness. Very good breakfast. Central location, despite the entrance is from the less-attractive back-street.

Room was decent size and was clean; staff seemed friendly and helpful. Didn’t expect to see so many Indian members in the staff - which was a pleasant surprise.
